These two are before I started working on the desk the shelf that you see is unmoveable so we had to work around it.
Come warmer weather we will take it outside and paint it white so that it all matches!

Thursday Becky and I went to a yard sale, where I found a bookcase, I had been looking for one since I saw Cece LaBarge's blog at http://connectwithceci.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_connectwithceci_archive.html. (Look toward the bottom of the page.) With her idea in mind I went with Becky to "home depot" and bought a piece of their scrapwood and some scrap moulding. Now mind you I payed $5.00 for the bookcase and $6.49 for the scrap. My father in law Paul and I worked on cutting the moulding and drilling the holes. Then we put the rest of it together, I now have my own desk and it's perfect! I absolutley love it!
